Be Consistent!!

Consistency is the most effective way to gain and keep control of a large, or small childrens church. Stay true to the "schedule of events", rules, and your word. The kids will learn that there is a way of doing things and they will be rewarded for that. They learn what is expected. Be firm on your rules and schedules. ALWAYS be prepared. Kids can tell if you're not- and then you lose the consistency. |
