Fund Raiser IdeaWe have been recycling empty printer cartridges and used cell phones to raise extra funding. Since we began this effort, our chapter has earned more than $40 just by collecting those items from our community. The effort required is minimal and the program is free. After we registered, we received a welcome kit of boxes and a program guide with helpful information. The boxes arrived with prepaid ARS labels attached so there was no fee for return shipping. Once we filled them with our collected inkjet and laser cartridges and cell phones, all we had to do was hand them to a UPS driver. When the boxes arrived at FundingFactory, the items were inspected and the information registered in our online account. We are able to login to our account anytime to view our returns, order more boxes or request a check for our earnings. We have found the FundingFactory Recycling Program to be a simple fundraising solution. The program is free, there is no obligation and no deadline. Once we got the word out about the collection, the community started producing cartridges and cell phones.
