We take a picture using our digital camera, of each child with their name written on the erasable board that they stand in front of. Then we make a copy of it on our digital printer that reads the reading card from the camera....Then we put Velcro on the back of the picture and keep all pictures in a colorful box for each child to take their picture w/ name and place it on the Fantastic KIDS board which has Velcro to attach their picture too. The board is on a wall close to the entrance....then as they leave , they remove their picture and place it in the box that holds all their pictures...This way we learn the new child's name by looking at the picture and remembering their name instead of asking them . It allows us to keep an accurate record as well... |
